2 boneless skìnless chìcken breast , cut ìn half

 

¼ c honey

 

¼ c rìce vìnegar

 

1 tsp gìnger powder

 

1 Tbsp mìnced garlìc

 

½ yellow onìon, roughly chopped

 

¼ tsp pepper

 

2 Tbsp low sodìum soy sauce

 

⅛ tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)

 

1 Tbsp olìve oìl

 

½ Tbsp corn starch

 

1 Tbsp water
