Social distancing gives us time to cook and bake with our families.
Our new circumstances present an excellent opportunity to invite our family members into the kitchen to experiment together with new recipes and embrace the simple joy of making the own food. So, we will get through this together, even when we are socially distant.

This was a new recipe for ravioli tried for the first time last weekend. It is better to top them off with fried mushrooms, red peppers and onions.

Had some leftoever ravioli. Repurposed this to a Fried Ravioli appetizer...topped with grated cheese and accompanied with Marinara Sauce.

Ravioli A Beans truly “reaching for the stars” today on the back of the couch. I love being warm so much. I couldn’t possibly relate more to my sweet cats. Just charging our batteries in the sun.

pumpkin-sage ravioli with pumpkin alfredo sauce, pumpkin seed oil, green beans, cranberries, parmesean, and basil.
Vegetarian meal last night - spinach ravioli with tomato feta bake sauce with tumeric, loads of garlic and pea shoots tossed into the boiling ravioli at the last minute and roasted whole garlic on top! Oh my gawd it's goooooood!

Second photo of the series. The Ravioli were work in progress: a layer of fresh made pasta with the stuffing on ready to be transformed in delicious ravioli. All was worked very quickly so I had to be real fast to compose and shoot - good fun!
