This was a new recipe for ravioli tried for the first time last weekend. It is better to top them off with fried mushrooms, red peppers and onions.

Had some leftoever ravioli. Repurposed this to a Fried Ravioli appetizer...topped with grated cheese and accompanied with Marinara Sauce.

pumpkin-sage ravioli with pumpkin alfredo sauce, pumpkin seed oil, green beans, cranberries, parmesean, and basil.
The biggest challenge of this photos - a series will come - was to find the angle as my wife was moving all the time fully focused in the preparation - was real fun!
