For the Macro Monday’s challenge. A fresh mini loaf end buttered and smothered in homemade marmalade. Nothing better to start the day.
Made with Bread, Semolina and Oat Flour. Sesame Seeds. Milk. Yeast. Pink Salt. Served with KerryGold Irish Butter, Smoked Paprika, and a pinch of Pink Salt.
Home made rustic bread and cream cheese with butter, herbs and chili.

In 2008 I made double dose and I gave many away besides the ones my relatives take home with them after dinner.
Can you tell the difference which ones are proof naturally?
Baguette-like, but closer to those European country loaves. Can be made into many shapes. Slashing loaves is fun.

...Fresh and warm, right out of the Costco bakery, so naturally I sliced off a piece for the Macro Mondays theme, Bread. Someone once said you can't live by bread alone, so I added my favorite topping and enjoyed a post photo session treat.
