I got a blank Nyx from Yian in trade and just found time to paint her. It was so much fun to paint a doll without considerations of how well she will sell or other limitations. Just took a look from my avant garde make up inspiration folder and went for it!
Nyx wears Syb Cross hose, Swallow wings and Rock It shoes together with Inamorata Seraph corset, skirt and wig by PattaArt. Modsdoll heads are same size as Inamorata but more narrow and can wear softer hard cap wigs like the ones made by Patta.
So this is my first try to repaint a doll. This isnt her final look, i will make her a whole new one, but i wanted to practice first. Anyways is here someone who repaint dolls? I have a question, how much Layer of sealer do you use before you paint on the dolls face? i used too much, so now her sealer comes off when i draw with the pencil :///

I introduce you my new project, Young Maleficient Doll. In order to create Young Maleficient I was used Aurora Singing Disney Store 17" 2011. She is full reroot by me (Vanessa Ariel Wonderland) with Black magic Nylon Hair in 38". She is restyle by me like the maleficient Designer doll with little curls.
She wears the Maleficient limited Edition Doll (temporary dress).

Former OM Optare Solo 40334 is seen here after repaint following transfer back to its original depot at QS. During its first spell at QS 40334 work the Metroshuttle routes in Manchester City Centre which replaced the Centreline service.
My Monster High custom deer couple. Elain Dama started out as a Cleo DeNile and Buck used to be a Clawd Wolf.
Both dolls were scalped and have clay sculpted ears, built over a wire frame, plus clay sculpted heads. They have full facial repaints and body painting too. Clawd has antlers made from clay with wire inside.
Elain wears a darling little dress from Thebestdolldress on Etsy. I added the embellishments and buttons, etc. Buck wears a Bratz boy shirt and shorts. The shirt has an applied satin leaf.
The deer hooves were sculpted from Milliput and then painted. Poor Clawd had to have part of his feet removed to make them, but it was worth the pain! I just built up the Milliput around Cleo's high heel foot to make her hooves.
I also added felt, flowers, flower soft and "grass" to their bases.
I absolutely ADORE deer and this couple remind me of my deer Sylvanian Families!

I got her on sale a couple of weeks back and i was always intrigued by this sculpt- androgynous and strong, which upon arrival , it confirmed all my expectations. the sculpt is surprisingly detailed and easy to work with though quite ginormous lols. She is wearing a leatherette empire gown, with shoulder sculpture details and a filigree headpiece all inspired by Cherlize on Snow White and the Huntsman.
Repainting has switched back to the B7RLE fleet from StreetLites as a result of 69130 need repaneling following a road traffic accident caused by a third party.
Seen here a few days after returning to service, road grit already masking its freshly painted panels, on the 8 to Dubford by Sir Duncan Rice Library picking up passengers for Tillydrone.
Note yet another change in fleetname, returning to the original First fleetname applied as on the original Barbie livery.
Devon by Idrusa. It was one of the most happiest day in my doll life! Me, who always denied repaints, was convinced by Idrusa. The frist time I saw Devon, I felt in love with him. I never thought I could get him but now he is here and I´m the luckiest doll collector in the world! I will never give him away! My beautyful guy!

Had one of my repainting frenzies this week. Adele got a partial reroot and flocking, update to a NF body and a new face up with applied lashes.
I cleaned up the smudges and repainted the eyes a little bit, also painted the lips. Can't really see the face clearly in this shot but it's a good thing, the head sculpt doesn't look fierce enough, almost as if he's smiling. Better to leave some part in the shadow...

For thirty years, I have owned the original Bionic Woman doll released by Kenner in 1977. Last week, I took notice of the doll in my curio and decided to challenge myself to restyle the doll to more closely resemble Lindsay Wagner as The Bionic Woman. The first image shows a side by side of the Kenner Bionic Woman doll as originally released and the same doll after my custom repaint and hair restyle.

repainted twyla doll. In huse that are more monotoned in the purple family and given hints of teal to purple and a touch of brown brushing mica hints. Done more in a true monster high style yet with a tad more flare.

I had a day of rest between commissions and thought I'd give some quality time for my two newcomers: the Count and Lucy from the Nu.Fantasy Brides of Dracula series.
The Count got a full repaint and body blushing, not to mention a lot of hair! LOL

I forgot the Before pic with his blank face, I accidently removed his whole face with Acetone. So I was "Forced" to do a complete Repaint again. He should be finished soon, but the hardest part are the lashes for me.
This was finished since early December. Trying to build a scene around is proving to be difficult.
I thought the Silkstone lingerie would fit Elphaba, it wouldn’t. I need to add accessories to the top. Make a rug.
Love the wall though! It’s a Mackenzie Child’s napkin Decoupaged on a shipper box.
