Here's my Monster High Venus repaint. I originally planned on turning her into a fairy, but turned her into a butterfly instead. I'll be taking a lot more photos of her and she will hopefully be listed on Ebay by the end of the day. I hope you like her. :)
The latest and also last for now E500 to be repainted is 38205. It re-entered service from Caledonia today on the Bridges 1.#
The remaining four E500 still in Olympia are all off the road and not fit to make the journey to Glasgow for repaint. Repainting has returned to the StreetLites which had given way to the E500 to get the new red branding in and the old Bridges branding away.
Here’s my LA Girl repaint with her hair acrylic paint dyed. I basically watered down some acrylic paint to be the consistency of translucent water and used a paintbrush to brush on the liquid and used A LOT of paper towels to squeeze out the excess. I wanted the tips to be the original colour cuz I’ve seen a ton of dyed hair with bleached ends so lol.
I mostly chose blue since I knew it would look nice with the pink and make a purple gradient. The flocked part was hard to get consistent but since I didn’t want to rub off the flock I just gently dabbed on the pant water with a brush and hoped for the best.
Of course the paint ended up all over her face so I wiped it down with acetone after it dried and repainted the stuff back on lol.
So this is my first try to repaint a doll. This isnt her final look, i will make her a whole new one, but i wanted to practice first. Anyways is here someone who repaint dolls? I have a question, how much Layer of sealer do you use before you paint on the dolls face? i used too much, so now her sealer comes off when i draw with the pencil :///
So this doll has been repainted again and again. For some reason I just don’t like the semi realistic style I’ve developed for Monster High on the 1/6th dolls I have so I’ve been trying to find a style I like so yeah.
As dollsahoy once said how some headsculpts can be intimidating, the Steffie face intimidates me greatly. But I decided a pseudo Pose doll style seems to work okay on this doll.

I definitely think I'll do it differently next time, but this was fun. :)

I got a blank Nyx from Yian in trade and just found time to paint her. It was so much fun to paint a doll without considerations of how well she will sell or other limitations. Just took a look from my avant garde make up inspiration folder and went for it!
Nyx wears Syb Cross hose, Swallow wings and Rock It shoes together with Inamorata Seraph corset, skirt and wig by PattaArt. Modsdoll heads are same size as Inamorata but more narrow and can wear softer hard cap wigs like the ones made by Patta.
Something that isn't common is a duo of repainted IC SD70s, considering only 10 of the 36 IC SD70s are in CN paint. On this morning, A408 heads out of Effingham after working the yard, with CN repaints IC 1002 & 1004
Here was Arriva Buses Wales Optare Solo CX09 BGF 690 was seen pictured in Wrexham bus station on route 8 to Caia Park. This bus has recently been repainted in the new colours. 8/12/18

Former OM Optare Solo 40334 is seen here after repaint following transfer back to its original depot at QS. During its first spell at QS 40334 work the Metroshuttle routes in Manchester City Centre which replaced the Centreline service.

I got her on sale a couple of weeks back and i was always intrigued by this sculpt- androgynous and strong, which upon arrival , it confirmed all my expectations. the sculpt is surprisingly detailed and easy to work with though quite ginormous lols. She is wearing a leatherette empire gown, with shoulder sculpture details and a filigree headpiece all inspired by Cherlize on Snow White and the Huntsman.
Repainting has switched back to the B7RLE fleet from StreetLites as a result of 69130 need repaneling following a road traffic accident caused by a third party.
Seen here a few days after returning to service, road grit already masking its freshly painted panels, on the 8 to Dubford by Sir Duncan Rice Library picking up passengers for Tillydrone.
Note yet another change in fleetname, returning to the original First fleetname applied as on the original Barbie livery.
Devon by Idrusa. It was one of the most happiest day in my doll life! Me, who always denied repaints, was convinced by Idrusa. The frist time I saw Devon, I felt in love with him. I never thought I could get him but now he is here and I´m the luckiest doll collector in the world! I will never give him away! My beautyful guy!
