Translink Metro (Falls Park) 911
The repaint programme continues apace at Metro, despite setbacks. Falls B7RLEs are the most recent to get the treatment, with 911 noted here in the new livery operating Service 10a to Ladybrook. The new livery really doesn’t seem to suit the single deckers- a little relief by having the light surrounds in silver may have helped at least a little. Over half of the B7RLEs have now been dipped.
Note the destination display in Irish- Ulsterbus Foyle have opened a consultation to include Irish in some destination displays when it rebrands in the coming months.

A while back I bought a bag full of old photo goods at a second hand market.
Piles came out. Including macro adapter rings.
I forgotten all about them!
So all this time I could have been shooting super closeups :|

Back in 2016, Virgin Atlantic completed eliminated Boeing 747-400's operating from its base at London Heathrow... The company has preferred basing their Boeing 787-9's at London Heathrow alongside the Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A340-600 fleet, whilst the leisure fleet from Glasgow, London Gatwick, Manchester and Belfast are mainly in the hands of high-density Boeing 747-400's.
Virgin Atlantic continues to utilise Boeing 747-400s frequently through Manchester on their 12 weekly flights to Orlando, and have been a mainstay on such flights for well over a decade. The Boeing 747-400s are expected to be wound down further from 2019 when Virgin Atlantic begins to take delivery of their first Airbus A350-1000, which their first example has been allocated construction number MSN274.
Whilst the Boeing 747-400s are not long for this world, that hasn't stopped Virgin Atlantic from repainting one of their long-standing leisure examples, with G-VLIP having been repainted in January 2018 with the airline's billboard livery, albeit without the metallic red engines and tail. She had previously been in Virgin Atlantic's 2006 livery and featured The Wizarding World of Harry Potter vinyls between May 2010 to January 2011, to promote the new attraction at Universal Studios Orlando.
Currently, Virgin Atlantic operates 8 Boeing 747-400s, which will begin to be withdrawn from 2019.
Victor Lima India Papa is one of 8 Boeing 747-400s in service with Virgin Atlantic, delivered new to Virgin Atlantic on lease from GECAS on 15th May 2001 and she is powered by 4 General Electric CF6-80C2B1F engines. She was originally supposed to be delivered new to Alitalia as EI-CVI, but was never taken up.

I attempted to repaint Aurora's lips because they're supposed to be red and not pink. It needs touch-ups, but I like it so far.
With the 07 plate B7RLEs now confirmed as staying at the expense of the younger 08 plates, a start has been made at repainting those not previously treated to the Aberdeen local livery.
69126 was repainted at the end of March and is seen at the depot.

sadly, you cant see the little details, but she has tiny tiny white butterflies flying up her legs and arm.

monster high frankie face repaint finished, this is my very first repaint to a doll, please excuse the bad quality:)
The first of the ex One Rail locomotives to be painted in the Aurizon yellow scheme was ALF23, almost completed at the Islington workshops on 12-12-22
Lorcan is a fully repainted wigged Texas A&M Ken doll. He has the Tango Ken Barbie Basics #16 face sculpt. His clothes are handmade. Lorcan is artistically anatomically correct. I love dolls with red hair, but since there are not many 1/6 scale red haired male dolls- I decided to create Lorcan.
So pink. I love pink. One of the op shop Baby Bratz. I'm thinking of doing up the other dolls in this style in different colours. Hair is made of brushed yarn.

What was the smartest looking Olympia liveried bus in the fleet. 69356 had been the last Olympia repaint in May 2018 but has now undergone repaint into the new Aberdeen livery ahead of much shabbier Olympia repaints that date back to 2012. This may suggest the older Olympia repainted B7RLEs are coming off the road when the next batch of StreetDecks arrive as has been rumoured.
69356 re-entered service on the 20th October and is seen here two days later on the 3A on Market St.
Stagecoach Scania 'Coastliner' 15586 GX59 JYT before being repainted into the Jubilee livery 2012 and Stagecoach Solo GX57 DKA, both halfway through being rubbed down for repaints in Winchester.
Lothian's repaints have suddenly started picking up the pace again here we see Lothian 150 which has had a repaint just in time for Christmas.
So far in the 2nd livery: 134, 161, 162, 163, 166 and 167
In the newest livery: 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 169, 170, 186, 187, 188, 189 and 190. Which next I wonder?
