repainted twyla doll. In huse that are more monotoned in the purple family and given hints of teal to purple and a touch of brown brushing mica hints. Done more in a true monster high style yet with a tad more flare.
Blue buses and dull days don't mix well but considering it was its first day in use.. an exception. 37732 in Bradford blue heritage livery.
Someone asked me to take pics of my repaint process. It's far from perfect as I'm only beginning but it might be helpful to some of you. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I had a day of rest between commissions and thought I'd give some quality time for my two newcomers: the Count and Lucy from the Nu.Fantasy Brides of Dracula series.
The Count got a full repaint and body blushing, not to mention a lot of hair! LOL

From a Disney Store Cinderella doll, full repaint and hair restyled. Dress made by modyfing a Cinderella dress from Simba. Sometimes I get the ideas for my ooak from nice artists and their pictures from internet. For this doll I had the idea of making a succesful and movie accurate Blue Fairy from the great artist doll Lulemee (I name her since I read sometime she would like to know if any person made a work based on hers, so I do) but I totally made my doll looking at pictures from the film Pinocchio to make my totally own art work. My doll Jane ooak from Tarzan and many others I will be posting are totally from my idea of movie accurate work and my idea of art.

She has a full facial repaint and her lashes are trimmed to look more neutral. Her hair is restyled.
Her gown is changed: the "wings" are removed, I also removed her (in my opinion aweful) rose-belt and her underskirt. I added rhistones to her sleeves and to her bodice making a new belt. She also has some red rhinstones now in her crown.
I also made a new background for her box, it´s a collage of all the wishes the fairies give her in the movie. In my opinion it suits her better than the pink background she had before.
My little guy who is 3 years old is a huge fan of Bruce Lee! He grabs his plastic nunchucks and watches Bruce Lee on Youtube every week. Outside of a few broken items around the house, and a few hits to the knees, it is a delight to watch my little one enjoy such a legend!
Spirit is a customized doll by DollAnatomy. She is a repaint with ice blue eyes, muted pink full lips, and a natural face palette. I usually make all of the clothes for my OOAK dolls, but Spirit is wearing a handmade outfit made by my buddies at She She Boutique (outfitters of 1/6 scale clothing- check them out!). Spirit has a Mbili face sculpt
I really like her expression and overall look! I thought of re-rooting her, but I couldn't. That hair is just too awesome!
The first of the ex One Rail locomotives to be painted in the Aurizon yellow scheme was ALF23, almost completed at the Islington workshops on 12-12-22

So here’s Lammily. She puts me in the mind of a snobby hipster that’s probably done everything you have, only sooner and more expensively.
I carved her lips to get the weird flat expression off her face. I boiled her hair to get it to lay down flatter (instead of the just rooted mad scientist look she had going on). I also carved down her weird toe-thumbs. They were two times thicker than the rest of her fingers and just made her hands look really, really awkward.
She’ll arrive with her default clothing in her original box (which has a bit of a tear, it was awkward to open). She fits YOSD size pants perfectly and Ken shirts are a good size for her, too, as well as Ken shoes.
Translink Metro (Falls Park) 911
The repaint programme continues apace at Metro, despite setbacks. Falls B7RLEs are the most recent to get the treatment, with 911 noted here in the new livery operating Service 10a to Ladybrook. The new livery really doesn’t seem to suit the single deckers- a little relief by having the light surrounds in silver may have helped at least a little. Over half of the B7RLEs have now been dipped.
Note the destination display in Irish- Ulsterbus Foyle have opened a consultation to include Irish in some destination displays when it rebrands in the coming months.

With the 07 plate B7RLEs now confirmed as staying at the expense of the younger 08 plates, a start has been made at repainting those not previously treated to the Aberdeen local livery.
69126 was repainted at the end of March and is seen at the depot.
Here is Arriva Buses Wales VDL Cadet CX07 CRJ 2632 as it's at Bangor bus station operating passangers while its doing the route 5C to Caernarfon. This was new in 2007

She's had a complete repaint, reroot and a custom costume made out of thin leather.
My second repaint ever. I actually lost my first repainted MH doll ;) But I don't miss her much.
This girl needs a wig and a properly finished dress.
I feel so lucky to have these two gorgeous girls in my collection. They are OOAK heads repainted and rerooted by Marina (Cheekycouturrr). :)

Okay, Derwent watercolor pencils are my new best friends. Not only did this repaint take me a much shorter time to finish but it also looks 10x better than my paint-only repaints. This is closer to what I wanted my first Clawdeen to look like :3 I still need to improve on symmetry (for now I'll pretend she is raising one eyebrow) and the lower lashes.
