"I Made This.........85"
For the meatballs....
5 pounds ground beef
2 tbl. Italian seasoning blend
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, fine
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 eggs, beaten
Mix it all together and form into meatballs. I wanted a large ball, so I made 4 ounce meatballs.
Bake at 325F until the internal temperature of the meatball is 160F.
Toast slider buns, with provolone on both the top and bottom halves. Place the meatball on the bottom bun, add a marinara or spaghetti sauce and place the "lid" or top half on top.
You could also use a mixture of ground meats for the meatballs. Pork and/or veal would be good additions.
Swedish Meatballs - Tempeh meatballs baked, then simmered in a delicious gravy with a hint of cranberries.
The menu said "meatballs" -- these were more like hamburgers! The potato salad was cold and tart, so they went well together.
Danish meatballs made of beef & pork. Should be veal, I guess, but I didn't feel like going to the fancy supermarket.
A close-up of the delicious meal called "apartman köfte" in Turkish (which means apartment meatball). It's one of the first photos with my new Canon EOS 450D. Hope to share some better photos in the future.
Shelf Display Mama Luci's Brand I Purchase and Others. Compliment Products near Meatballs. I did not choose the others because mainly of taste. Extra Credit - Mesquite Smoked would be great or Honey BBQ style. Have the option to add seasoning packets in the product. Option to have Swedish style like IKEA.
