Beef and port meatballs, quickly deep-fried then added to the sauce of white wine, cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil (the latter three all from the garden.) Pasta cooked in with the sauce.
The pasta is bought - BiAglut fuisli, just about the best gluten-free dried pasta I have come across, and made from lupins, amongst other things.
Fried meatballs and bacon, three types of cheese, and a dressing made of ketchup, salad cream, wholegrain mustard, honey, mirin, Worcestershire Sauce, and Dave's Insanity Sauce. Served in a tiger loaf.
Forgot what these popular meatballs are called. Not bakso, a different name stolen from the Chinese name shiu mai but can't remember the Indonesian spelling.
