Perhaps less mellow than they ought to have been as I forgot the honey in the recipe!

We made a big batch of meatballs today. I sauteed some with green onions, garlic, and peppers to put on top of the pasta.

VV also got these meatballs from the Komodo truck. I thought they were a bit salty but he really liked them.

This was sooooooooo good! I've only had meatball subs in Memphis and wow, I'll never have another meatball sandwich anywhere else! :)
