ANSH128 #14 "pasta"
A plate of spaghetti and meatballs with garlic butter rather than marinara. I may have oddball tastes, but this is what I prefer.
A three-way AEM-7 meet at Princeton Junction NJ on 14 July 1983. On the left is train 20, the Crescent, with dual motors 910-924 both DOA in the station. Pulled up alongside it is No. 917 with train 40, the Broadway Limited, ready to transfer passengers from the stranded train. At the same time, Swedish meatball No. 909 rolls by with train 180, the Manhattan Limited.

I had some leftover meatballs in the freezer from Christmas. Super easy meal this evening. The bread in the back is a loaf I made from scratch. I cut it in slices and added garlic butter and cheese before baking!
Swedish meatballs served with mashed potatoes, cream sauce and lingonberries. This Lego food is made of about 1700 bricks and width of plate is about 30 cm. Computer rendering but buildable if you have the bricks.
Meatball didn't seem to mind when I put his toy on top of his head--he stayed this way for a long time.
I tried a recipe for Spanish style meatballs in an almond sauce, supposedly served as tapas in Seville. They turned out delicious, and did well as our main dish.
