Perhaps less mellow than they ought to have been as I forgot the honey in the recipe!

Swedish "meatballs" made with Lightlife Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style Grounds and based off of Alton Brown's Swedish Meatball recipe:

The meatballs are almost done cooking; I tossed the chard in to wilt.

VV also got these meatballs from the Komodo truck. I thought they were a bit salty but he really liked them.

This was sooooooooo good! I've only had meatball subs in Memphis and wow, I'll never have another meatball sandwich anywhere else! :)
