July 19, 2011 - Chef's Table restaurant went out of business and as of 2015 a new restaurant took over this space. It is now Iowa Chop House restaurant
We made a video of Chef Isaac for his 8th grade "Master Works" project. He made a roast chicken, salad, veggies and a killer puff pastry for dessert.

SelfCritique: I screwed up on a few spots here but I was in a rush as I didn't want to waste the man's time. But I would have focused more on him. Better lighting and not as much noise (Even though it was incredibly dark inside) But overall I do like it. I think it paints a scene
-Shudder speed: Too slow. Coals are misty
-Top of the image is too over exposed.

This cake I created for a wonderful chef that gives private cooking lessons. Her daughter-in-law ordered it as a surprise along with 70 pieces of fudge packaged with a little chefs hat tag (no I did not take any photos!!) to give to all the guests. Happy Birthday Gerti:-)

Here he is, our Cowboy Chef. I bought this hat in South Dakota, on my cross-country trip with Sharon. He just found it. He baked and did the dishes with it on, wore it all afternoon.
