Nobody said airport meals have to be fast, right? Chef during the preparation of our Amazing Meal just before we leave this wonderful country. As in most restaurants we’ve seen in this country, I really love how they position the preparation area IN the eating area, makes it feel like home. Until next time Japan! Kansai Airport, Osaka, Japan.
Dear Lucy, you know what my wish is,—
I hate all your Frenchified fuss:
Your silly entrees and made dishes
Were never intended for us.
No footman in lace and in ruffles
Need dangle behind my arm-chair;
And never mind seeking for truffles,
Although they be ever so rare.
But a plain leg of mutton, my Lucy,
I prithee get ready at three:
Have it smoking, and tender and juicy,
And what better meat can there be?
And when it has feasted the master,
‘Twill amply suffice for the maid;
Meanwhile I will smoke my canister,
And tipple my ale in the shade.

Hahahah!! Yaaassss, I found Pepe himself... XD He arrived safely from Thailand recently. He is really happy to start running his restaurant!
It was fun looking for the chef with the correct moustache matching the sticker design... I didn't know that Lego had so many Italian chefs....hahaha...
The chef, shreds "kokoreç" with the sharp chopper. Clean and fresh mutton intestine is charcoaled and well-cooked before being shredded. Small pieces intermingles with onion and pepper during the process. Another amazing taste from the Turkish snack menu. The eye, just below the pile of food, protects the Chef and the mobile restaurant from bad luck and eyes. Thanks to great spotlight next to him, I was able to capture the moment with the smoke.
