In ignoring our own dreadful history that has brought us injustice, misery and murder, we risk writing a new verse of history to rhyme with the centuries of slavery and genocide on which America was founded and has glacially acted to reform thanks to the liberal republican values our history classes teach us we need to utilize against injustice. We need to be strong, stand up and speak out. It’s time to stand up for yourself and stand up for others. We need to act and stand up for our integrity, rather than be lulled into complacency by “unification” as Trump and his supporters have advanced."

Up to an inch of rain is possible following yeasterday's wind event which saw 40-50 mph gusts.

The Seven Deadly Sins 2009
What is sin? Is it the ‘sins’ that are depicted here? Are they the sins that the Ten Commandments tell us not to do, so we get into heaven? Or are they the sins that we secretly hide in our hearts that we never want anyone to know about. I for one have always been fascinated by human behavior and what each individual defines as ‘sin’. But no matter how perfect we claim to be, each of us in some form or another has committed one or more of the seven deadly sins in our lifetime.
Five years ago, I was on the other end of the lens as a model and I had always wanted to do this concept as a series. Unfortunately, life got in the way. But now I am on the other side and I am now presenting these ‘sins’ through my eyes. Some may view them as dark; others may see them as erotic. And in some cases, depending on the individual, they might be viewed as vulgar and obscene. But it will mean different things to each individual viewing my work. So when you look at these, ask yourself, is it ‘sin’ or is it ‘human nature’ in its raw form?

The only false statement on the list of contents is the adjective easy in "easy-to-follow" instructions." I am thankful that I'm an experienced stitcher in cross stitch, blackwork embroidery and Hardanger embroidery. If a newbie bought this, he/she would have been pulling out hair and probably never do a needlework again!
Here we go again.
Better to err on the side of caution.

The final piece of my wire and yarn jewellery, using Rowan yarn kidsilk haze in both anthracite and smoke, as well as 0.315 silver plated jewellery wire.
This piece has won me £200 worth of yarn from Rowan Yarns and they want to buy the pattern for £100 :)

My constituents in Dudley South were very grateful for his exercise of the veto last month, but is the ECJ, as an institution of the whole European Union, not now being unjustly used?
The Prime Minister: As I said, in pre-existing treaties there are ways in which the European institutions can be used by groups of member states. That is a fact, and those treaties, as I said, tend to be passed by the Labour party. But, if member states go beyond that, there are real legal issues, and legal issues that I have set out; and, if that were to happen, we would be able to take action to protect our national interest.

Graffiti like this is pretty common -- you see it on bridges and train stations and other places all over Germany. I particularly like it when it has hints of schoolboy cursive, like this graffiti on a train bridge in Neuwied.
