A test shot using my new softbox and external flash.

A year ago my wife found me a lovely model to work with so I could practice and improve my portrait skills and get a better understanding of lighting (what a wife, huh?). This is where we are at now; our first shoot where we have left the umbrellas behind and begun to experiment with a 28" softbox. Could have used fill on camera left, but we had no assistant and we were shooting Ninja-style in a crime-ridden neighborhood underneath a freeway overpass without any assistant to aid us.

Really pleased with my new Alzo softbox. Right now I am using them for speedlites but I plan on using them for LED's as well.
