The day job is hard lately. When I get home, I just want to curl into my corner of the couch and paint (I'm not even sitting at my desk!) and watch movies and Dr. Who. We finished the 9th doctor and now we're on to David Tennant. I don't know yet if I like him... I really liked Christopher Eckleston. I miss him. ;_;
Totally psyched 'bout these girls (and guy - there's sassy Gil!). Clawdeen's mohair is sooo luxurious. It's the most dense mohair I've ever gotten.
Lothian 891 seen at Waterloo Place in its new livery operating on Route 15 heading to Penicuik. Note that unusually, 891 has been repainted but still retains its destination blinds and has not been given a LED screen yet. 03rd December 2018.
Another vintage repaint by First Potteries into the new refreshed livery is Northern Counties bodied Volvo Olympian 34158, P658 UFB, seen here on 29th October working service 25 at Keele University.Half Term is a good time to see these veterans on normal service work.
All we need now is one of the original PMT G reg Olympians repainted into this livery....or red and yellow!
38214 re-entered service on Friday having returned from Glasgow from its repaint, losing. Bridges branding in fa out of standard Aberdeen livery.

Finishing touches being applied to 90024 inside the paint shop at Toton on 28/05/99.
I was visiting in a press capacity but the loco wasn't finished. Luckily I was invited back the next day and sure enough it was photographed sparkling in the sunshine at Toton, after a driver had eventually been found to move the loco out of the shed front on to the apron.
Lothian 340 is the most recent 22 pink top repaint as of 3/11/2014.

I bought this MH Spectra repaint my dear Coralie (Elfe De Lune) to the Garden Party Dolls of June 6.
I had not yet staged between the holidays and waiting for her outfit, but that's it, I finally found her a very pretty dress on Etsy, of RopitasKawaii, which also creates for EAH. I love this dress <3 but is it her style?
I have not yet found her name... if you have ideas, I'm all ears ;-)
By cons I did not choose the best background color because it does not show well on the first photo, so I would do a new photo session very soon ^^
This is another I did similar to one I had done before on a Faybelle Thorn doll; just with new hair and outfit made by me :D

The only member of its class surviving, National Railway Museum's shunt loco 801 has had some preparation on the pilot for repainting from the Australian National scheme into the original SAR mustard pot scheme at Port Adelaide on 9-3-13
My new Whandigo repaint
As I told at the last picture of Sierra Hansen (formerly known as Sue Ellen), she needed some plastic surgery to be able to live a full life again. Before her haircut she was a total mystery and only her two friends knew her somewhat. But soon she is travelling home to Livtown and I am sure she will be more open now. Her doctor sent me this photo, Professor Ezzie is a genius. 😉
The Lothian Buses single deck fleet is continuing with repaints and the latest is Lothian LS 147 seen at Edinburgh Park operating on Route 63 to Riccarton. 17th May 2018.

•The Reaper - Ah one of my first customs, this guy needed an update and I kept with the New 52 design.
•Mr Freeze - Just painted the boots with some grey and ditched the silver.
•The Snowman - added some detailed teeth and updated his paint job.
-My next post will be Psycho Pirate and Harley will be done when I order some more parts, she is very special to me and will not look like a hooker.
I decided Laguna could use a repaint too... mine had a pretty bad paint job anyhow. I gave her a little fishy tattoo because I thought it might be cute XD
I have caught the repaint bug!! And since I had an extra Allan doll, I decided to repaint him today. Eventually I will get a Ken repainted. I have ordered one especially to repaint. Cant wait for him to get there.
Anyway, I decided I wanted this Allan to be a blonde blue eyed boy. So, that is what I did. I mixed up a blond color that was similar to painted hair Ken's hair color, but I decided I wanted to do some highlighting and shading on the hair. I went to town doing that.
I hope you enjoy this guy. I really had fun transforming him. :)
Maleficent came to Trolliwood's best beauty salon, Aurora's Salon, and relaxed for four and a half hours. She then woke up on the glamorous operating table to a fresh new life. She will be coming again for her final treatments as soon as she has recovered from this first, shockingly painful stint.
The weather today was mostly wet and miserable but late on in the afternoon the rain stopped and there was even a blink of sunshine. Fiona and I decided to make the best of the day by going for a drive and I took my Leica SL for some "Shutter Therapy" as photographer Robin Wong calls it.
The repaint programme to have all 21 05 reg artics repainted into the current First livery was completed in January. The following is a selection of photos of the artics in their new colours.
Of course the older V, W, X and Y reg artics have remained in the old Barbie colours as they are due for withdrawal within the year.
10049 in Barbie colours compares with 10163/3/72 in the new colours at the depot rear, resting between peak duties.
There has been a rumor among railfans that the Pee Dee RR Locomotives would be repainted in the owner Aberdeen and Rockfish rail colors. At least one unit has been spotted partially painted. This is the A&R scheme. Once painted, will necessitate an update trip down to see the Pee Dee locomotives in new paint.
