Thanks so much for looking at my pictures and for your comments. I truly appreciate that.
The Elissa is an elegantly styled corset which does not feature a front busk closure, giving a lovely smooth shape when worn as underwear. Slimming and sexy, it is traditionally made with authentic spiral steel boning and is finished in luxury duchess satin swirl in rich pearlescent ivory or classic white. It works equally well as a stunning top to your wedding gown or as sexy lingerie on your special day.

I have to say Evening Blossom Dominique is definitely unexpected, and that’s what I love about Integrity Toys. They do something like this and it blows my mind! I would have never really thought of Dominique with short hair and in a bright red color. Her hair is in the same style as the One-of-a-kind Femme Rouge Erin from last year’s Gloss Convention. Without a doubt her inspiration was Rihanna during the ‘Loud’ era circa 2010. The lace jumpsuit is very risqué and very ballsy only a few people can get away wearing. I really love the nude lips but I‘m not crazy about the face design especially the eyes. As a Dominique fan, I can say that this is not her best face screening. I need that umph and I need that intensity in her eyes. I’m still infatuated with last year’s Tantalizing Dominique who I thought was the best version of Dominque in my opinion. She had a lot of attitude with her side glancing eyes. The FR2 face style was perfect for her that I wouldn’t mind them using that again. In fact, if they can combine Impossibly Beautiful’s eyebrows, Tantalizing’s eyes and Evening Blossom’s pearlescent nude lips, I think she will be a hit. Underneath the lace jumpsuit is a bra top and panties. The bra is the same as Sensuous Affair Giselle’s but this time the fit is off. It’s a little bit bigger which is weird. You would think that they would be exactly the same size since they were made from the same pattern. Maybe it’s just mine. Her skin tone is lighter than I previously assumed. Lighter than Tantalizing and all her FR2 versions, so this is a first for her. Speaking of skin tones… The color of her head is not a perfect match to her body. You don’t really see it with the naked eye but depending on the light you will see that the head and body have different color temperatures. It's more noticeable in pictures as well. This seems to be an ongoing issue with darker skin tones like Light Honey in the past year and some dolls with the Japan skin tone just recently that I really would love if Integrity Toys would do some light test and change the formula of the plastic and the vinyl. I’m not really asking for perfection as that’s impossible, but at least make the colors match to the point that the differences are not noticeable. I somehow don’t have that kind of issue with Barbie so my expectations are higher for Integrity Toys since the dolls are supposed to be high-end and in the $130 range. Kudos to the quality issues that decreased this year in comparison to last year, but the skin tone mismatch issue is something they still need to look into.
A rich textile and beaded heart pendant, which slides on/off/along a chestnut coloured velvet ribbon choker.
The heart pendant is made from a heavyweight fabric, which is embossed with chenille, in shades of coffee-and-cream.

Been busy today, but I did discover an unphotographed seashell at the bottom of the prop-box, so went with that.
Here she is! My 6th Disney store custom doll! And isn't she pretty? She took alot of time, alot of beads, and 4 different dresses! But I'm happy to say, she's finally done! I made everything on her. She was originally a 2013 Disney store Pocahontas doll. I took off her original outfit, and original paint. I repainted her face, and highlighted it with gold. I also have her real eyelashes, and made them angled. Her outfit is beaded with white, and gold glass beads. It's also jeweled with real crystals. Her outfit is made of a very fine suede, and lined with dark tan silk. Her leaves are made of a silk organza, hand glittered by me. Her necklace is made with glass beads, and one real crystal. She also has white pearlescent crystal earrings, and glass bead anklet. Her stand was made also by me, and has molded features. Such as a fish, and rock, and water! The stand is also lined on the bottom with black leather. She was a total labor of love!lol but honestly, I'm glad to be done. As its the last doll that I need for my doll portfolio. New pictures are coming soon for all of my ooak dolls. Especially outside pictures with her! As Elsa sent a snow storm, and she and i would've froze.lol
i do not know the origin of this ,
it is about 10x7 cm, the material is pearlescent and looks like horn or could be a type of man made material and is also curved in shape ,a real mystery!,the scene look 16th or 17th century
One of 5 KMB vehicles to wear this unusual pearlescent-based allover green livery, promoting the vehicle's environmentally friendly credentials (as they were at the time), Dennis Trident / Alexander ATS96, seen here at the Ho Man Tin terminus of Cross-Harbour Route 109 in November 2003, ran for a number of years in this guise before receiving standard livery. Whilst a number of this batch of Tridents have had their service lives extended by a further year, this particular example was withdrawn in September 2019 after completing the regulation 18 year stint.

The Comet itself was a model produced by Mercury from 1960 to 1977, and it went through various iterations, starting as a compact car and later becoming a mid-size car. The Escapade was customized by George Barris, who completed the customization in just six weeks. The Comet was shortened by sixteen inches and featured custom sheet metal, sequential turn signals, a white leather interior, and pearlescent blue paint. [Source: Wikipedia]
I call this a jeweled egg because the metallic/pearlescent clay reflects light like jewels. I made it for a class I am teaching called "Jeweled Eggs and Beads"

The last of my Spring pre-orders have arrived and the first one is Fine Print Elise. For 2015 the theme for Fashion Royalty is inspired by the early 60s. I can say that this is where Integrity Toys’ comfort zone is. Fashion Royalty is known for vintage flair and glamour of that period. Along with the theme they have new face designs for each of the dolls. It’s stylized in a way that their reminiscent to the paint styles of vintage dolls from the mid-century era. You see this is where the risk that they took got tricky because for me this somehow affected the sales of the collection. The dolls don’t stand a chance from other versions from past collections and from the 2016 Cinematic Convention collection. They just don’t compare. There’s nothing edgy about these dolls. They’re stripped off of that. Obviously this isn’t my favorite collection in terms of face design. I realize how hard it is to redesign faces because it's like reinventing the wheel over and over again and that's why we see a lot of rehashed screenings lately. But the new face styles in this collection are kind of a step back. They just feel odd to me. They're more appropriate for Monogram or Victoire Roux.
I do have to say that the Madame look that they gave Elise fits her character. The hairstyle works for her. In fact I love it. I really hope they use this hairstyle for her again on a version with toned down make-up and a better face design. Also the color palette is like a flashback to Vivid Impact Agnes. That doll is dreckitude! That’s all I’m gonna say. Fine Print does come with good fashion pieces though. The coat feels luxurious. The printed pencil dress seems like a good addition to the wardrobe even though I’m tired of seeing the same neckline. The shoes are basic. Very similar to Style Notes Isha. In fact I think they’re just the same as well as the earrings, but with the addition of the bracelet and the magnetic brooch. The must-have piece though is the Hermès inspired hand bag. It has a pearlescent finish. It’s well-made. It has an open closure. I hate to be a Debby Downer but I feel this version of Elise/Elyse will go down as one of the worst versions of her. For 2016 I want Integrity to push for more chic, edgy, modern and less matronly looks for Fashion Royalty. I’m not saying that they should be as edgy as the Nu.Face girls but think of the way Victoria Beckham, Karolina Kurkova and even Naomi Campbell wear dresses by David Koma, Antonio Berardi and Azzedine Alaïa. Age appropriate, classy but very fashion forward. Let's give that Madame look a rest for a change. They can have several seats for now.

The Shadownlands Collection is based on science fiction stories by Dyan Bender.
The second character in the collection is Fyre, whose secret name is Ardala. She is the adopted daughter of a wealthy Healer and direct descendant of the last ruler of what is often called the Great City.
She is a Highborn, a race the developed from Human close intermarriage of the ruling families. Thru centuries of narrowed bloodlines a race of physically beautiful and mentally gifted people consolidated power. Marked physically by extremely pale pearlescent skin and blazing red hair with oddly metallic quality. Highborn are marked by a drive to acquire power and are gifted with something other races call Charisma.
Ardala is young, she has gained her full height but is still not filled out completely. She has been able to pass as a boy for years. Her eyes are blue, the warm blue of shallow seas, and bright with curiosity and good humor. Although wealthy now for many years she and her mother moved often and she has learned to easily adapt to new locations...she enjoys learning about new people, customs and cultures. She is gentle, and her gentle nature shows in her expression. She completely lacks the imperious and commanding nature that typically marks Highborn, but she is just starting to understand that she has personal power, she is starting to learn that she can command the attention of others.
She wears her silk finery, wide pants of teal silk that were left a bit short in the ankles in her last growth spurt; silk slippers encrusted with brass sequins; a silk chiffon vest draping over her young shoulders with fine brass chains; a bra heavily embellished with tiger eye gems, brass and gold, forming hawk motives that symbolize and foreshadow her soaring potential. Her hips, neck and intricately braided hair are adorned with gold chains.
The doll is a Andro Inamorata Nnaji in Milk skintone.
This is a commissioned bespoken OOAK doll and not for sale.
Here's one you don't see often. The super rare Yaou (General branded) 6G-360. This is the second transistor radio released by the Yaou Electric Company in 1957.
Very impressive indeed. It's a hefty "coat pocket" set and features some incredible design features starting with the bold, chrome speaker grille. (It was difficult to photograph as grille is very mirror-like) - the General name is hard to miss underneath. On the right side of the cabinet is the very simple cream coloured dial area. I really like the inset, powder blue pearlescent/abalone tuning dial with the under painted silver pointer and trim.....classy.
General followed this model with a redesigned (more modern/sleaker looking) 6G-704 - also very rare.
The cabinet measure approx 15 cm (6 inches) wide, 8.5 cm (3.3 inches) high and 4.5 cm (1.7 inches) deep.

This may be the last ginger blossom for a while.. Each stalk of ginger produces a bunch of blossoms that bloom one after the other from top to bottom, and this looks like the last to go..
But she is clinging to the light, isn't she? She was first to catch the sun as it peeked over the roof, spilling through the space between the house and the canvas of the gazebo. Her one chance to shine before that sliver of light strayed out of her reach.. Look at the pearlescent gleam of the light on her perfect petals.. Glorious!

Well the wait is finally over. A Touch of Frost Eugenia, the last W Club doll of 2013, is finally here after months and months of waiting. I want to do a breakdown of this review by presentation, workmanship/quality, styling & fashion.
Presentation - Eugenia came in a revised version of the box used from The Premiere Convention collection. It is made of a matte finish with a glossy border and with the new Fashion Royalty logo in gold at the center. I would like for them to go back to the glossy box used from convention & the white boxes Integrity uses before as I do not like the matte black box because the scratches & imperfections are more visible with this type of cardboard. I do like the fact that they changed the flimsy paper sleeve for the accessory compartment from the convention to a sturdier cardboard. While the box liner from the convention was gold it was done different this time to go with the doll’s color palette. I’m wondering if the color of the liner changes for every collection, we’ll have to see. I noticed that starting from The Premiere Collection they no longer have the paper that covers the doll which I don’t really think is a big deal. I don’t think it affects the presentation of the doll.
Workmanship/ Quality - This is the first time I received a doll from Integrity that came with messy hair in the box. Luckily with a few brush strokes, she looks fine. It is not typical for Integrity to produce a doll that I feel seems rushed. Her hand-applied lashes are by far the worst I’ve seen. Each lash is pointing in a different direction. The hairline on my Eugenia is definitely crooked that I want to take her hair down and cover it up so no one would see it. Fortunately her face screening is really good. That is one major reason I’m considering on keeping the doll. Another flaw, though really not a big deal to me, are tiny cracks on her left knee. They’re vertical white marks which are tiny enough I wouldn’t call them crevices. They’re really not noticeable. Hopefully Integrity will get it together next time as I do not want to see this again for future dolls. I feel like with an edition size of 1,130 that the production of this doll may have been rushed a little bit. But once again, there was a delay in production so what do I know.
Styling - The fact that Integrity made an effort to give us a Eugenia with the “Venus” look is unfathomable. It’s just something that I thought is not possible. At least not this early since Venus was just released in 2010. I do appreciate IT for listening to fans. Even if I wished she had the bleached eyebrow look like the elusive Venus Eugenia, this version is not in any way less gorgeous. The raven hair, the pale skintone with a neutral make-up palette is to-die-for. There’s something about her skin that makes her glow. Perhaps the pearlescent finish on her make-up has something to do with it. When it comes to Eugenia I’m particular about her eyebrows. I like her with thick eyebrows like Fine Jewel but when I compared her eyebrows to my other Eugenias, it really wasn’t much of a big deal. I like the way they’re arched anyways. I guess change is good. When we think of “Frost” we think of ice, winter, with colors of blue or white, but no. They gave Eugenia rose gold and a nude color palette. It is surely unexpected which what makes Integrity Toys so great. When it comes to design, this is why they have an edge over other toy companies because they go beyond what is the norm and what is expected, and I love them for that. Now her hair bump looks really high in pictures but It's really not that bad in person. I'm still debating if I want to take her hair down. I might have to in the future.
Fashion - Eugenia comes with a, yet again, to-die-for accessories in rose gold toned jewelry. I mean the cocktail ring that she has is enough to make me go bonkers. Her heels and a matching faux croc clutch are some of the best pieces I’ve seen this year. Now everyone was talking about her dress. The texture and the embroidery are visually stunning… but it stops there. The ruffles and the asymmetrical hemline ruined it. The dress reminded me of a Marchesa cocktail dress, but if the skirt was designed differently like how they did it with Red Zinger Dania’s or Renegade Dasha’s with layers of shredded fabric or tulle, the dress would have been amazeballs! In this version of Eugenia, she is set to entertain the entire Perrin family in her new Parisian penthouse to celebrate the Holiday season. To go with the back story of the doll, I really wished she came as a giftset. She could have had a set of lingerie as part of her “Getting Ready look”. I also wished that her top was a separate piece from the skirt. Then she would come with two or maybe three different skirt styles. One short skirt with layers of tulle, a sheer floor length skirt and one below-the-knee pencil skirt. I would have loved that and I would have paid for that whatever the cost.
Congratulations Majesticduckieling who was the winner of my free face-up giveaway! I hope you enjoy your girl! It was fun working on her!
My LE Wedding Cinderella Doll has been fully deboxed. She is sitting down on the floor with her skirt spread around her in a full circle. Cinderella's skirt has a train, but it is bunched up so is prevented from showing its full extent behind her. She looks as though she is growing out of a decorated crepe.
On my second attempt to get the the Limited Edition Wedding Cinderella 17'' Doll from eBay, I finally got her! I got her with the help of a fellow collector. She is #450 of 500, and was originally sold by the Japan Disney Store. There is a Japanese sticker on the bottom of the box. She was shipped double boxed, and very well packed. She arrived in perfect condition.
She is very beautiful, and has a serene expression, rather than the grumpy pout of the LE Ballgown Cinderella doll. Her lips have a slight smile, which is part of why she has a more pleasant expression than the other doll, who shares the same face mold. She is glancing in the opposite direction of the Ballgown Cinderella, and her skin has a matte surface, rather than the shiny pearly surface of the Ballgown doll. Her pale yellow wedding gown has many differently sized and colored rhinestones enhancing the printed floral pattern. There are also several small jeweled plastic butterflies in the skirt, hidden amongst the flowers. The decorations continue throughout the back of the dress. There are also faux pearl buttons on her sleeves and on the back of her bodice. Her skirt is very full with a long train, and is in three differently colored layers. Under her skirts is a 3/4 length single layer tulle petticoat. Attached to her hair is an oversized pale yellow sheer chiffon veil. She has golden earrings and a jeweled golden tiara. Her wedding ring is a floral design with five golden beads; it is pinned to her hand. She has the old style legs, with fixed ankles. She is wearing simple ivory heels, with no decorations.
I will be posting a full set of detailed photos of this doll. She will be shown boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed, both by herself and with other Disney Store dolls.

Design composed of a symbols set harmonized to each other that blend together for a very personal creation of great visual impact.
In a game of overlap born the unusual idea with an evocative aesthetic from the world of slot machines, roulettes, poker chips and dices of the American casinos green tables.
In this composition stand out, as well as the unmistakable symbol of the ace of spades, playing cards with their rich decorations printed on the back.

From my dock, the pearlescent light of the moon drowned out most of the stars in its vicinity and lite up a flock of clouds that was passing by while shining on the water like diamonds. That's how I can best describe this scene that I painted from a memory at the lake this last weekend. It was really enchanting.
Logo: Modern logo on the studs.
Material: ABS
Inner ribs: none
Inner tubes: With cross supports
Inner walls: Thin with vertical ridges
Flowrib / center line inside top surface : No.
Mold pip: on the stud.
This photo of a brick with pearl-effect shows a circle around the stud. There is no height difference, this effect seems to be caused by the flow of the material with pearlescent-addition during moulding.
Mold numbers: None. The brick has the letters "CoC" inside.
Our best guess is that CoC stands for Certificate of Conformity.
In order to be legally allowed to sell products, the product has to meet the applicable safety standards. When all standards are met, and the manufacturer can provide proof that they are, the manufacturer can issue a Certificate of Conformity. For this process, tests can be required. It seems like these bricks were made to be used in such tests.
The following parts with TEST on top and CoC inside are
known:
• brick 2x4
• brick 1x2
• plate 2x4.
It seems likely that all are made in one mold.

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
• What were these bricks made for exactly?
• Were these bricks specifically used to demonstrate conformance to safety standards of bricks with the additions causing the pearlescent and glitter effects?
The world's first, commercially released transistor radio. Released Oct. 18, 1954.
Designed by the team of David Painter, James Teague and Victor Petertil.
Initially available in four colours: ivory (bone white), cloud grey, mandarin red and black. These were followed by the rare swirled jade green and mahogany cabinets.
Almost impossible to find now are the highly sought after pearlescent variants which were available as: lavender, meridian blue, shell pink and pearl white. Some say there was also a lime colour although details on that are sketchy.
I was fortunate to stumble upon the pearl white example locally earlier this year. It's almost in mint condition.
A few more of my TR-1's posted below.......
They both have the flats, and the plastic has a pearlescent cast to it. It's quite lovely. I will say, as much as I hate the DS heels, I actually like them on the Stepsisters as they are supposed to be tacky and gauche.
*Petticoat isn't included.
The Lincoln Futura made its official public debut on January 8, 1955, at the Chicago Auto Show, after being shown to the press earlier that week. Beyond auto shows, the Futura had a significant impact on pop culture. It was modified by Hollywood customizer George Barris into the Batmobile for the 1966 TV series “Batman.” The car was also featured in the 1959 movie “It Started with a Kiss,” starring Debbie Reynolds and Glenn Ford.
The Lincoln Futura was designed by Ford’s lead stylists, Bill Schmidt and John Najjar, and was hand-built by Ghia in Turin, Italy. It boasted a 300-horsepower V-8 engine, push-button transmission controls, and a distinctive double-dome canopy roof. Its body style was a 2-door coupe with a front engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. Its original pearlescent finish was created using ground fish scales to achieve a shimmering effect.
The styling elements of the Futura, such as its headlights and tailfins, influenced the design of production Lincolns in the following years, and its concave front grille inspired the grille on the 1960 Mercury Monterey and the 1960 Ford Galaxie. [Sources: Wikipedia and Bing Copilot]
This guy is the whole reason I bought the Larger Disney's little kingdom Frozen set. He is not articulated, but hes awesome! He has a pearlescent shine to him that's supposed to mimic snow! To Cool!
