I fancied making some flatbreads and I had some dukkah that needed to be used. So, I came up with these dukkah flatbreads. They were ready in just ten minutes too!

This is a cafe called 'Five Four Ate' on Holloway Road www.openstreetmap.org/way/274050568 which used to be called 'Diamond Cafe'
Lefse (or Lefsa as some like to spell - both are okay spellings) is a wonderful Scandinavian flatbread! My dad taught Jackie how to make it and this year she stepped out of the box to try shapes!
We ran out of control cards, so Eric, David, and a few other riders had to get cue sheets signed at the controls instead.
Ok, so we didn't make them from scratch. We buy frozen chapatis from the Indian grocery and then cook them on this awesome non-stick griddle. It's made by Futura and we also got it at the Indian grocery. These are WAY better than tortillas!
