This is Ratatouille with Spaghetti Squash pancakes and flatbread with Almond "Feta" (Bryanna Grogan's recipe). The flatbread is from the store and does contain soy flour. I have recently discovered that my tolerance for soy has risen. This is one of the few times (outside of tamari and soy sauce) you will see a soy product in my photo stream

Msemen is a soft, flaky Moroccan flatbread. It is made plain or stuffed with veggies or cooked meat.
