Flatbread, an awesome pizza place, is also a daycare. Apparently they use the kids' art on their menus with minimal curating.
Using what we had I used
Garlic Herb Flatbread
Pepperoni Flavored Ragu Sauce
Precooked Pork Patty, chopped
Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
Put it together in that order except for the cheese and broiled (a bit too long). Turned off heat, topped bread with cheese, and placed back in till melted.
Farinata Ligure
Classic Ligurian Chickpea Flat Bread topped with
House Made Mozzarella, Fresh Tomatoes & Basil Pesto
served with Baby Arugula & Balsamic Glaze
