My first time of making flatbread.
Scallion, salt, and olive oil are the ingredients with flour and water.
Steps to the perfect flat bread appetizer:
1) Have Matt create the perfect dough
2) Disassemble oven door latch
3) Roll out dough, top with secret ingredients
4) Bake on "clean"
5) Set off every fire alarm in the house
6) Brush on evo.
Voila.
We've been toying around with making our own naan and pitas. Sometimes things turn out in unexpected ways though - like this super poofy naan.
We ran out of control cards, so Eric, David, and a few other riders had to get cue sheets signed at the controls instead.

I made a couple of pieces of flatbread (both with garlic flavored oil, one with cheese) to test out dough technique and cooking times.
