A canal provides sea access to Peterhof Palace near St Petersburg, Russia.
The Peterhof Palace is a series of palaces and gardens located in Saint Petersburg, Russia, laid out on the orders of Peter the Great. These Palaces and gardens are sometimes referred as the "Russian Versailles". The palace-ensemble along with the city center is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Among the cold walls of a place forgotten by time, no words are needed. There is a subtle strength in remaining open before the shadows, in accepting one's scars as proof of a life lived. Like a soft breath captured mid-air, the fabric dances against the raw stone, bringing with it the vivid colors of rebirth. One of my most successful images! The Cathedral is Wells, Somerset, England, but the sky is taken in Melbourne, Australia.
A cinematic portrait bathed in warm sunset tones, highlighting striking features and expressive presence.
Sunlight pierces through a gloomy sky to light up the already dramatic, Eileen Donan castle. The castle was built in the 13th centuary as a defence against the vikings. Today, surrounded by dramatic scenety, it is one of the Highland's most picturesque castles.

Today wasn't the best of shooting days. I'm finding myself completely uninspired by the city of Huntsville.. as usual. Sometimes I think I'm not suited for my hometown. I've never fit here, never felt very comfortable.
Before a strong summer storm, the afternoon sky became dark, whereas the sun was still shinning on the other side of the sky.
Eager to catch the fall colors, we took a week in late autumn and headed to Austria and Italy for a road trip exploring the back roads while chasing creative photography opportunities.
From the Alps to the Dolomites - these photos are the result.

So I assisted today on a photo shoot for company who’s name I can’t say, who’s product I can’t describe, who’s location is unknown, and who’s release date I can’t disclose. DAMN……Let’s just say for nine hours I was a kid in a candy store. Talk about a humbling experience. I quickly realized “this is how the big kids do it”. Now I can officially say, “When I grow up, I want to be a photographer!”
I had to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. If you ask me where I was and what I did, I’ll have to ignore you. (hahaha)

Description: This image was captured at sunrise on the east coast. The heart shaped flare in their kiss absolutely fell into place perfectly. No alterations have been made to accentuate the shape or the flare at all. Shot with a Canon 5D and the 15mm fisheye at ISO 640, f/16, and 1/500th. In post processing I adjusted curves, contrast, and color, and then sharpened.
