Preserved Brush Type 2 Class 31 A1A-A1A diesel locomotive 31438 ready to depart Ongar Station with the 2E23 13:55 service to North Weald on the heritage Epping Ongar Railway (EOR) in Essex (UK).
31438 was built by Brush Traction at the Falcon Works Loughborough and entered service as British Railways D5557 on October 15th 1959.
31438 was withdrawn from mainline service by British Rail in September 1995.
Absolutely adore Class 31's. Cut my young trainspotting teeth on these in this British Rail blue livery at Chelmsford station on the Great Eastern Main Line in the late 1970s.

31281 just arrived at Derby with 1602 from Ipswich on 26 May 1987, the first day of loco hauled substitution for a sprinter on this working. The stock was a fine rake of 8 mark Is and 31281 took them over Stoke Summit without dropping below 60 mph, a very good performance.
Direct Rail Services Class 37 locomotive 37605 slowing down to stop at Chelmsford Railway Station on 5Z41 Norwich Crown Point- Wolverton Railcare/Crewe IEMD convoy working with Class 90, 90009 and DVT 82152 dead in tow. 82152 was later left at Wolverton works and 90009 was taken on to Crewe.

A Class MY diesel-electric locomotive (former DSB in Denmark, currently operated by a private railroad in Hungary) is arriving to the Hodmezovasarhely station in May 2014, carrying road construction material to the M43 highway project near the Romanian border.
A Kárpát Vasút 459 021-es pályaszámú Nohabja megérkezik Hódmezővásárhely állomásra Szeged felől 2014. májusában. A hazánkban futó M61-eseknél jóval idősebb gép (1957. augusztus 17-én hagyta el a trollhättani gyárat) 2012 februárjának végén érkezett meg Magyarországra. Korábban a DSB-nél negyvenkét évig, 1999-ig szolgált a mozdony, majd megfordult különböző magánvasutaknál, a Kárpát Vasút Kft. előtti utolsó tulajdonosa 2007-től a Strabag volt. A dombóvári átfestés során megmaradt a Santa Fé séma, de a korábbinál jóval ízlésesebben integrálták a cégjelzéseket és a pályaszámokat. Érdekes részlet az egész gépen végighullámzó nemzeti zászló, az eredeti pályaszámra (MY 1125) utaló 1125 felirat és a vagány pályakotró (Indóház info). A vonat az M43-as autópálya nagylaki szakaszához szállít építőanyagot Földeákra.
MY Class was built in 1954–65 by NOHAB in Sweden. A total of 59 units, numbered 1101–1159, were delivered to the Danish State Railways (DSB). Powered by GM-EMD engines, the locomotives represented a significant change in rolling stock policy — motive power had largely been sourced from within Denmark for several decades. The locomotives quickly became very popular among both passengers and crew. Units 1106–1144 had a 1,950 horsepower (1,450 kilowatts, MY class). In their early years the locomotives hauled express trains (later known as InterCity) and heavy freight services, but in their later years they were transferred to smaller regional and light freight services. In the 1980s and 90s the DSB began to have less and less need for them, and the last ordinary MY-hauled train ran in 2001. One unit however, 1135, is still operational running special trains. The others have either been scrapped or sold to diverse private operators in Norway, Germany and Sweden, who now use them on light freight duties. A very similar locomotive, the Class MX was equally popular, and many locomotives similar to the MY survive in other countries. They include: NSB Class Di 3, MÁV Class M61, CFL Class 1600, NMBS/SNCB Class 52–54. This MY unit was sold to private railroads, the last change was from Strabag (Austria) to a private railroad in Hungary (Kárpát Magánvasút), in 2012.

The Phasmatodea Class Drone, nicknamed "Stick Bot", is a lightly-armed, remotely-operated battle bug mecha. It's primary objective is to scout enemy territories, but it can attack using one of its four rockets if nessecary.
My contribution to BrickCon's Battle Bug display, created by Lino Martins.
So I admit that I've gone a bit overboard with stud.io, and I built a class 68. The headlights are missing, because I could not make them fit in without the front looking derpy. The livery is simple as I'm not building the DRS compass out of Lego - I'm only slightly insane!

National Express East Anglia 'dusty bin' Class 321/4 EMU 321436 still in London Midland Silverlink livery and part of a 12 car set rockets past New Hall halt near Chelmsford (UK) at about 90mph hence the blurriness.. ;-)
British Rail Class 158 'Express Sprinter' 2 car Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) 158886 waiting to depart with the 1R60 16:57 (16:57 RT) East Midlands Trains service train to Manchester Piccadilly at Norwich Station in Norfolk (UK) on July 19th 2018.
This train arrived at Manchester Piccadilly at 21:53 some 17 minutes late.

An unidentified Class 31 is seen here arriving at Bedford with a parcels van in tow, in the early 1980's. The site of the old Bedford Midland Station in the background is seen derelict before a DIY Store was built there - this has now been demolished and a car park has replaced it.
