I finally got the decals on this side (and the roof line) finished for Brickvention. I'm over decals...stickers are much easier.
This is in my opinion definitely the most spectacular car I've ever seen on public roads so far. What we got here is a Mercedes W770 K Cabriolet from 1936. This is the same type that Adolf Hitler had used. This car has been built from 1930 -1938 and they made only 117 units of this luxury Mercedes. I found it pretty funny that this is small combo with a Ferrari F430. Normally I had try to stamp the other cars away but I like the contrast a lot. Interesting to see how status symbols changed in about 80 years.

Lol today’s sewing class was mostly me trying to make a male coat pattern but FAILING terribly so there’s only a scant amount of outfits today lol.
I wanted to make a coordinating outfit for my repro TNT Barbie cuz I loved the colours of the Fox print fabric but didn’t want to use the same print for both of them so I used this orange print with light blue cotton lol.
I’ve also been meaning to make a pair of floral overalls and made a cruddy looking singlet to go with it but eh, I love the overall look (lame pun intended).
I also had BARELY enough of the green shimmery fabric leftover from the cape to make a sheath dress for my Fashion Queen. I really like it on her since it’s a bit more subdued but really nice too. I absolutely hated the satin lining that came with this fabric (since it was originally a vest that had been harvested) so unfortunately I couldn’t make a matching jacket for her but I feel the gloves work well.
While I liked Sea Adventurer’s official GI Joe clothes I wanted something similar to his original blue outfit so I made adjustments to my Ken shirt pattern and made him a new outfit that’s a bit of a twist on his Sea Adventurer clothing.
Also I realised it just makes him look even more like Bob Ross….
