Nothing to report. Smelling yeasty, fizzing madly.
In other news, I finally got my mash tun false bottom today so there will be a fermenter of beer in the furnace room shortly to keep the apfelwein company.
The Cafe overlooks the Ravine and the Waukegan River which is 1 of only three rivers that feed into Lake Michigan. You can look out at times and see Salmon and other fish from a comfortable seat from the Cafe
Currently doing some work for Bent River Brewing Co. and couldn't help but snap a few pics of their Bohemian Brah Haus kettles. Love the copper, brass and steel. They are quite proud of these bad boys.

New brewing room at the Plzeňský Prazdroj (aka Pilsner Urquell) brewery. The ladder is for the guy cleaning the inside the kettle.
Their brewing done, Mad Fox brewer Charlie Buettner (r) and assistant brewer Brian Murphy (l) sample their work.
