River Horse Hop Hazard Pale Ale, Blue Point Brewing Company Hoptical Illusion, Clay Pipe Brewing Company Hop-Ocalypse IPA, Stoudts Bottle Conditioned DIPA, Nectar Ales All Natural IPA anna Stone Russian Imperial Stout.
Mike not only brews our Kennebec River beer, but he's also a snowmobile and river guide. Mike just finished brewing the Sled Head Red, a new beer for winter 2007.

Minutes later, huge cracks of thunder and flashes of lightening - quickly followed by heavy, soaking rain. Quite brilliant. You've got to love weather!!

Batch produced 15 650ml beer bottles of carbonated apfelwein and 11 750ml bottles of uncarbonated apfelwein giving a total of 18 litres out from 18 litres of apple juice that I started with.

Transferring wort from the Mash tun into the boiler. Note the custom hop screen in the bottom of the boiler. This keeps all the hops and trub from plugging up the liquid outlet when we transfer the boiled wort out of the boiler through the wort chiller.
