For Macro Mondays - Tea
The corner of a tea bag in a tea cup full of boiled water. Since Louise moved to Sydney we don't have any loose leaf tea in the house. Coffee being the preferred drink.
Happy Macro Monday!
This is San Gimignano (Tuscany, Italy), known for its famous towery silhouette, it is therefore also known as the Town of Fine Towers.
Storm brewing yet behind me it was a beautiful sunny day. We are experiencing lots of heavy showers moving through quickly at present.
Glaisdale Rigg separates Glaisdale from Great Fryup Dale in The North Yorkshire Moors National Park, England
Rigg comes from the Scottish word for "ridge", as in the medieval "ridge and furrow" system of farming, or run rig land allocation.
A Yorkshire Brew. Sometimes when you can't make a photograph work, it's all too easy to forget that you're somewhere so beautiful. :-)
Fun robot sculpture located at BrainDead Brewing in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas TX. Shot this while visiting our daugher and son-in-law in 2020. We enjoyed great food and beverages there, and sadden to learn that it permanently closed recently.

This is the head water or top tier of the cold brew drip, it is about a gallon of ice that melts and begins the slow process of the cold brew drip, the valve shown is cracked open to allow a steady but not constant drip, into a second glass container that holds about a pound of ground coffee, then the water finally saturates all that coffee grind and then begins to flow down a coil of glass and then drips into a glass carafe, 24 hours later you have the nectar of coffee beans the cold brew. This is gorgeous in the Eye of the Beholder, Frame is 2 inch by 2 inch.

The Old Malt House, Markyate, Hertfordshire. Before the coming of the railway, the village was an important stop for everybody travelling between London and the Midlands. There were hotels and dozens of pubs and brew houses (such as this one). What is left today are three pubs and their survival is not guaranteed.
