White Balance on Flash
This is my standard, auto, walking-around setting on my camera. (The programmed, U1 setting on the dial.) Shutter priority at 1/125th because that seems fast enough to “freeze” most action on the trails (more speed is just is thumb flick away) and max aperture because it’s usually dark(er) under the leaf canopy. ISO is on auto (of course). I keep the polarizer on to take the shine off the leaves and —because it’s always shady — I put the white balance on “Flash”. (I like the tones better than “Shade” or “Cloudy”.)
Straight out of the camera. I don’t process my pictures (normally). Hence the JPEGs.

feb. 1, 2007 - i just got my braces on... i look like a dork but i'm looking forward to having a pretty smile.
Caught up in a really laid-back town. A place, exactly opposite of what Manhattan gives.
Learning that life is not meant to be wasted for we can always be chasing the sun hiding behind these foggy curtain-like sheets.
Me and my travel-partner (my wife) just can't let it slip away no matter what and don't mind coming back a thousand times just to see it once again.
