More sheep pictures! The negatives on these are filthy, for some reason. Please disregard the dust specks. Shot with the Yashicamat using probably expired Kodak Tmax 100 film, developed in Diafine. Baa!
Day 173
I took Celyn to see "Kung Fu Panda" today and it turned out to be quite a laugh. I did take a shot in the cinema but the quality is just too bad to use so it came down to this one. It's a bit soft focus, I think because the lens was smudged for some reason and the light from my desk lamp migt be hitting in just so. I quite like the effect somehow.
In November 2013, nearly a year to the day of the beginning of construction, "a year and one day" stands proud and tall on the grounds of Longue Vue House and Gardens in New Orleans, Louisiana. Created to slowly be overgrown with plant-life (both indigenous and invasive) and deteriorate with time, this site-specific time-based artwork continues to evolve. Step inside this tomb and contemplate the cycle of life and death. Light filters through a water prism in the ceiling to create a place of passivity.
...there still was traffic here....Volcanoes NP, Hawaii, Big Island. Digitalized slide from April1990
A funny, but wrong, writing on a plate.
From Megahouse this plate would like to say: "one moment please, one coffee please", but there are two spelling errors.
First "per fOvore" instead of "per fAvore" (please, in english) and "Moment" (instead of "momento") in Italy is a pill for headache!!
Been visiting this amazing little village now for 50 years..
Learned to swim at 10 year 's old in the Coledale Beck [see the pic's of the natural pool made years ago] and back now visiting at 60 years of age ......!!

Braithwaite.....Time for a pint or two.. Then taking in the village both early evening and morning strolling including a photo of my supper....[Thanks Gemma],,,and of coarse any wildlife that was prepared to be still long enough for me to get my act together ,,,,,,,,,,,
Our faithful companion in Jarles car. During easter, he fell down after loosening from the dashboard duct tape...come easter sunday, teresa had him washed and risen again...

That's what the sign says (the name of this restaurant, I guess.) So, do you think the "roses on a trellis" part of the mural was done at a different time from the "geometric abstract frog thing" part of the mural? Or did someone decide that those two designs would go together really well?
Tonight I decided to try several shorter-length exposures and then stack them together to see if I got better results.
Each exposure was of around 5 minutes. So that was fun...
Anyway, this is a crop of the stacked image. How come the first exposure gave me a clear sharp line, but every consequent one is wobbly as buggery?
Shots were taken in 'identical' conditions. I'm just amazed at how 1 shot was perfect and 11 were constantly wobbly for all 5 minutes each.
Any ideas?
