Homemade vegetarian pizza. The dough is a rustic bread dough that worked perfectly for pizza. The best crust I've ever made. Cooked at 550 degrees for 6 minutes. A tiny bit of organic mozzarella. All the veggies were bought from the farmer's market.
Day before yesterday, I saw a good looking spring roll on a japanese blog which I read everyday. Then I wanted to cook it for myself. For a long time I haven't made it. My spring roll's stuffings are ground pork meat, HARUSAME(bean‐starch vermicelli), carrot, bean sprouts, dried shiitake mushroom, Chinese chives, ginger, garlic and some Chinese spices. All of them need to be cooked well before wrapping. It is a safe way to do deep fry without spatter.
