Another batch of homemade donuts. This time I didn't fry them but used a yeast batter to bake just how you would to a normal bread. Turned out salty however. Will make another trial in the future.

My chef instructor at Escoffier school of culinary arts put me on a little assignment to make some cured ham for our Cassoulet dish. And I did! It turned out beautifully some of the best tasting ham I have ever had in my life! Homemade is best!
