3 nori leaves (Sushi moss)

1/4 (quarter) avocado

1 small carrot

1 almond cucumber

50 ml rice vinegar (mirin)

Pickled salmon smoked

Half tablespoon sugar

Half tablespoon salt

Soya sauce

Last night's dinner: we made our own yellow curry and homemade noodles, and used them to make a nice beef curry dish

i've been making it for quite a while, but this was a variation. the best by far, so far. i used vodka sauce and diced tomatoes and added all sorts of fresh herbs. and an extra layer of pasta. nomnomnom.

Made via the "skillet-broiler" method. Skillet-cooked first, then slipped under a broiler.

 

This represents my first pizza made at home under a renewed interest in doing serious pizza at home.

I took this of the tasty little Cream Puffs that I made for my husband. My husband has been asking for nineteen years for me to make them. I had not made these since I was in junior high. I was pleased at how they turned out.
