I was just passing by, walking along in the village of Oberndorf. We were complete strangers. But I broke the ice by offering the horses a couple of juicy plums from a tree beyond the electric fence. From that moment on we were the best of friends. [FUJI8591_lr_2000]

Friendly holsteins. I love # 2996 at the back trying to see above the crowd!
...Black Rock, N.S. Canada.
This plump little chap was so obliging and obviously has posed for many a photograph. He followed me along a fence line and then hopped onto a higher perch to sit pretty for this shot. He was I hasten to add, amply rewarded.
The other day as I was going for my walk I noticed this Robin hopping around. I reached my camera, that was still in the bag and tried my luck. With very low light conditions I wasn't expecting much, and in fact most of the photos were poor, however this one, although isn't great, it's good enough for me to remember the friendly Robin that didn't mind posing briefly for me. Cheers everyone.

Friendly Beaches | Tasmania | Australia
This is a great location on the eastern coast of Tasmania. There is a prevalence of lichen covered rocks and stretches of white sand that seem to give limitless compositions for photographs. It certainly was hard to pack my gear away when we left.

A friendly face, Weert, Netherlands, 2015
This man was waiting for his wife who was inside a women clothing store. For me the ideal moment to ask if he wants to pose for me. He said immediately yes. After the shoot he’s wife joined us. They both liked the pictures I had taken.
Thanks for posing friendly face.

Interestingness - Top 10 (September 22, 2005 #4)
These donkeys live on the outskirts of our town. When we go to visit them, they come running as soon as we get out of the car. They're so friendly! And they love to smile! :-)
Added to Cream of the Crop as my most favorited photo!
Update: We now live an hour away from my donkey friends, so I'm sad that I can't go and visit them as often anymore. I'll try to put more photos up of them sometime in the near future.
