The Carolina wrens often put on quite a show for us, not just on the set up, but, also, in the vines, trees and bushes around the wooded area behind the house.

I went to the Trocadero in Paris, in front of the Eiffel Tower, on the opposite edge of the Seine river, during a hot afternoon, to make a report for me for making memory and document my life.

There was many people in this world famous place. Water jets was opened, and I took many photos with people bathing and playing in the water...This one is the most interesting, with people truly alive and having fun.

Motion is frozen, and the balloon is almost in the middle of the players. I triggered when the person to the right received the balloon (triggering parallax).

This cat cautiously approached me while shooting the Mercedes. Once he eyed me up a little he trusted me and followed me around constantly demanding my attention. Very Cute. He is a bengal or bengal mix un-fixed male he had a broken tail that didnt seem to bother him and a small hole through his ear that looked to be healing well. He seemed very healthy and friendly to people.

Perhaps a little too friendly,as I had to keep backing off to keep in focus. This was taken in the new `madagascar` section at the Cotswold Wildlife Park & for any other "lemur fans" this is lemur heaven .There are a number of different lemurs there. This one is a Black Lemur (Lemur Macaco).

Because of the proximity of East Midlands Airport (the circuit is just across the road from one end of the runway) aircraft taking off or landing are a familiar sight during meetings at Donington Park. Most of the meetings I've attended there have also included a short flying display during the lunch break, and the SeeRed meeting in September 2007 was no exception. This is a Supermarine Spitfire PR Mk XIX which was a photo reconnaissance version of the aircraft, and this one bears the black and white stripes that were painted on allied aircraft to reduce the chances that they would be fired on by friendly forces during and after the Normandy Landings. It is now registered G-RRGN. A note in the programme of the event says: ‘Thanks to Rolls-Royce and Sir Ralph Robins who have organised not only for their WW2 Spitfire, flown by John Allison, to be demonstrated on Saturday, but also for a fly-by from the Red Arrows at Saturday lunchtime.’ I don’t remember the Red Arrows fly-by and I’ve certainly got no photos of it.

Part of the Azabudai Hills complex in Tokyo, Japan, this building showcases a refined approach to urban architecture. Its rounded vertical panels and golden-bronze facade create a striking interplay of light and shadow, adding depth and character to the structure. The building is seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, with a tiered base that connects to the pedestrian-friendly spaces of this mixed-use development. The metallic finish contrasts beautifully with the glass-and-steel skyscrapers nearby, emphasizing material diversity within Tokyo’s skyline.

Designed as a key element of Azabudai Hills, this structure reflects the complex’s emphasis on blending aesthetics with functionality. The accessible pathways and landscaped areas surrounding the building highlight a commitment to inclusive and thoughtful urban planning. The facade’s dynamic surface evolves throughout the day, capturing the essence of Tokyo’s ever-changing light and energy. As a part of one of the city’s newest and most ambitious redevelopment projects, this building exemplifies the forward-thinking design and attention to detail that define the Azabudai Hills complex.

Another friendly Valentine card using my new HA goodies! Used 2 shades of the pool paper, punched out some hearts from Basic Grey paper, and the embossed DCWV white paper has "friendly" words embossed all over it (hard to see). Love these new stamps and loving this pool paper pack! Still working on getting better at CAS cards. Used my Nesties to make the fun little window here!

Our male Pine warbler about hit me in the head as I was putting mealworms out this morning. He watches for me and lands right in front of me. The female comes around too and I'll post a shot of her soon. This was shot recently with the 100mm prime lens.

Our official low was 20.1o ... just a hair above our recent 19.9o. We covered some of the budding shrubs and will see how they fared. The 2 bird baths I just filled with warm water this morning have already frozen over and the birds look confused. Stay warm everyone!

2/29/2020 - A friendly CN Engineer greets us while headed south.

Robins really are the friendliest little birds I've ever come across - Mum and I headed to Roe Valley, Limavady, County Londonderry on Easter Tuesday and even though the weather was cold, the sun was out and so were the birds......

Please enjoy on black 'L'

thanks for the views, comments and faves :)

Cute, friendly cat who asked for pets and then led me to his house and asked me to ring the bell for him.
