The contrast in this vibrant city is great....the traditional and the modern lie side by side literally.

I crossed paths with this friendly creature while hiking in Cradle Mountain National Park, Tasmania.

It's Small Changes always that Make the Big Difference

This squirrel lives near the community center in our town. He seems to be very friendly and not too shy of the camera.

considering that this is the calm side of Tasmania then it is truly frightening to imagine the 'Roaring 40s' smashing into the west coast. this must have been the greatest power play of nature I have ever experienced. photos cannot convey the blood curdling thrill one gets intoxicated with when standing on one of these beaches. wow!
