Kecil is a 3 1/2 yr old male Bornean Orangutan.
He was born at the Toledo Zoo (Jan 2014) and came to Brookfield Zoo when he was about 5 months old. He was paired with Maggie as his foster mom. Maggie passed away last year just 2 months shy of her 55th Birthday.
Kecil was then introduced to Sophia and Kekasih who became her second surrogate family. He is doing quite well and now has a baby "sister", 7 mo old, Heidi.
