I thought the image would look better if there was actually wine in the glass, but all the attempts after I filled it and fiddled with the lighting (turning off the lamp and using a candle) just didn't work well, so here you have me contemplating my empty glass... I was sitting next to an incandescent lamp and just couldn't get the white balance correct in PS, so went with black and white processing. It's interesting how the iPad on the counter behind me is fully refracted in my eyeglass lens.
The only lighting in the room was a single candle; ISO 12,800 was unheard of until very recently - this camera can see in the dark !
Sometimes in this 365 project you just gotta go with what you have...
Chillan, Chile / Here we have another picture taken in portrait to be able to see the great sky that we had this night. Also we can see the moonlight heating the mountains and some rocks shadows in the bottom of the picture. I hope you like it.

The Tibetan Spaniel is a breed of assertive, small, intelligent dogs originating in the Himalayan mountains of Tibet (obviously, with a name like that!)
