The Induro (on the left), had a more substantial leg diameter, but after handling them both, I kept the Gitzo and returned the Induro.
Totally didn't realize that I didn't upload my box opening + comparisons onto Flickr.
Eyes are somewhat difficult to position.

Contrast: jeans and sneakers next to a slipper and tights worn by an actor performing in the Ferry Building Marketplace on the Embarcadero in San Francisco.
Comparisons at same scale for matching body height, it is fairly clear that the original design is far too short in the nose (top). I've extended the front by 2 studs (bottom) and it is much closer (though I think it could extend out even further if I could get the angle of the nose to be sharper).
In a frame from the Weigmans film, Doorman is in a different pose in the center of the doorway. There is a dark shadow cutting off his right side of body and in between him and the Black man against the wall, there is a shadowy figure.

I decided to take some photos of the loose dolls I own (minus CAMs, customs and the box of extras waiting to be dressed and/or customized)
Gil and Nefera are the singles in the family, hence their odd pairing in this photo. (Nefera seems to be enjoying herself, Gil doesn't look exactly thrilled, haha)

Not often is one able to create comparison photos showing such a dramatic transformation withing the period of four or five hours - especially when the result is because of lots of labor and expertise. This Saturday a crew of three men tackled this terraced backyard on a steep hill behind the house where Melody lived nearly 30 years. The sometimes torrential rains of our 2016-2017 winter in San Francisco had spawned tremendous growth of both weeds and plants with the weeds being the most visible. This is photo taken from near the top of the yard four hours before a crew of three men began the clean up. We were very happy with the results you can see in the next slide.
