Paula Paglia rode a Hanoverian, "Tango," and Nissa Sjoberg rode American Quarter Horse Mr Copper Watch Joe, "Dozer," in the dressage clinic/demonstration.
Took a comparison photo of the no-bangs Abbeys I have. It was for someone specific, but I figured I could post it here in case it’s helpful.
(The one cut off on the very left was a skull shores duplicate, so I cropped her out)
Noticed that her blue skin color varies a bit too. The older Skull Shores version is a much lighter blue.
I brought my carnival glass insulator down for them to see. They seemed to enjoy that.
The glove on the hood I got to see the rubber inside.
On Friday, October 14, 2011, I recieved my iPhone 4S. These are the photos from its unboxing, including comparisons to my existing iPhone 4.
Only sour note so far is activation failed due to AT&T's servers being insufficient to the task... which is normal and expected.
The image to the left, intentionally post darkened except for the circle toward the center (which is the subject on the right image), shows the maximum area that can be focused. The image to the right, shot from the same spot and with the same subject focus, illustrates the maximum zoom.
I wanted to see what the real difference in my cameras was so did this. The scene is not properly alligned or even scaled, but is enough to show you the detail levels of each camera. Next time I'll sit the cameras on something to eliminate any chance of hand shake and pick a common focal length on each camera.
In case you aren't familiar, the K750i is a Sony Ericsson with a 2MP autofocus camera. It's processing is intended for close portraits and macro photos. I've noticed anything more than a few feet away show up artifacts and noise.
The IXUS400 is a pretty standard 4mp and indicative of most of the small-lens/sensor cameras on the market today.
Best viewed LARGE.
A comparison of the lateral patterns of Enhydris chanardi (top) and Enhydris jagorii (bottom). Two species that have long been confused.
You can see better in this one the difference between the scrubbed (bottom edge to centre of the photo) and unscrubbed (everywhere else) parts of the floor.
So there's Cookie (my takara petite) standing between the two new girls... as yet unnamed. I like the new stands, just like the big girls. You can definitely see a difference in the eyes and I don't just mean the lack of sleep eyes in the new girls. The shape's a bit rounder I think and the lips are fuller as well. However I like them all, and they all seem to be getting along well.
An experiment in processing.
The top shot is the original. (Exposure: 0.014 sec (1/70); Aperture: f/4.2; Focal Length: 42.6 mm; ISO Speed: 400)
The middle shot was orton-ized using the gimp and then cropped and had an iPhoto "matte" applied.
The bottom shot was processed entirely in iPhoto - cropped, softened a little bit, b&w, and then the iPhoto "vignette".
My new Field & Stream 280-lumen LED flashlight, side by side with my Ozark Trail LED Aluminum Flashlight, rated at 200 lumens.
both Jades look different, they both have different colour earrings single has yellow 5 pack has silver which works even better for her when she's redressed, and obviously single has a shaved part 5 pack doesn't which makes them look different I love the shaved part better but in a different outfit 5 pack rocks, I wonder if the others in the pack vary?
A pretty young baseball fan posed for me next to this wheel. Gives you some idea of the size and weight of a steam locomotive.
This is not a real comparison. I'm very sorry but I don't have time at the moment ;__; I'll do a proper comparison as soon as I find some time.. I hope you will find this pics a little bit useful tho.
I tried to get some more comparison shots between the Delf Art Perennis Lishe and Nemain - neither are very good, mostly because I couldn't get Nemain's head to hold the position I wanted!
The parade of differences continues on the backside. The rocket shown in the rocket firing version DOESN'T fire, the one that fires is one of those silly long ones that come with modern toys. I guess they have comply with safety rules even for things that aren't sold in stores. The missile you see in his back is for display purposes only.
