Simple Sophistication. I often reflect on my evolution as Toni and then Veronica. Beginning with the desire to wear overly sexy and (near) slutty outfits that show a lot of leg and stiletto heels. As I've matured, so have my thoughts and feelings. I still love showing off my legs and heels, but at the same time, my fashion palate has expanded significantly. I now appreciate the sensual sexiness and femininity that can come from the conservative and casual fashion attire, such as pants, jeans, sweaters, and flat shoes and boots. I have come to like the look of the "soccer mom", the "milf", the "going shopping look" and more; as has been seen in some of my recent photos.
This dress is a Jaclyn Smith I bought at my local K-Mart that was closing down. Their final liquidation left only a lot of the bigger (plus sized) clothing that most women don't buy. That was a perfect opportunity for someone like me. I gotta say that I would normally not have given this dress a second look had it not been priced at $2.49 USD...thanks to a 90% off sale. However, there is always something that can be done to bring out the sex appeal in any outfit. A nice piece of jewelry and some nice heels changes my entire perspective on this dress.
I hope you like what you see and will drop me a word (or a few words) on your thoughts about this photo. Have a sexy, wonderful and blessed Saturday.

I have not actually seen Wrath of Khan (blasphemy, I know) so this model is based on the Miranda Class refits in DS9. Like always, to the same scale as the Enterprise set (and now to the Defiant as well).
I saw somewhere that the 1x1 plate with handle was released in light bley in a limited edition Jurassic World set. Can anyone confirm?
Well this is all a bit last minute (late like second class post I guess!!) I had a lone idea this week, an american style postbox someone in the village has - when I actually got up close it was a very uninteresting tin box too far into his garden to take a macro of ~ urrh! Nearly gave up but decided to have a play using two letters that came through my 'mailbox' today, put back in for some tie in to the theme! HMM

Last night was the first time I've made something in pottery class that did not make me think, "Wow. That looks really horrible."
It still has many stages to go through (drying, firing, glazing, firing again), but I'm feeling cautiously optimistic about this one.

An unidentified Class 31 at Hexthorpe Jn with little ol' me watching proceedings from the bottom of what was then, my Grandparents garden. I have many a fond memory of being camped out here watching the procession of freight trains (that shook the house!) and the fantastic sounding Transpennine DMUs which could be heard leaving Doncaster!
