Chef/TV host Rosebud Benitez of her brand new show "Quickfire" on QTv. A unique show on Philippine television, "Quickfire" airs in three ten-minute recipe capsules – noon time, afternoon, and evening on weekdays. It features 10-minute wonders – dishes that take 10 minutes or less to cook. Chef Rosebud does a step-by-step demo of how the dish is prepared and cooked.

We ate here. Little Chef is very underrated, as are breakfasts late at night. The eggs were a little dry but apart from that all was good.

in the beautiful courtyard at Victoria College, University of Toronto.
It was a gorgeous afternoon in Toronto and instead of being stuck inside we took our meeting outside where chef might or might not have looked for edible clovers (no he didn't pick) in the meticulously groomed lawn and might or might not have asked Phaidon's PR director LT to pick a berry off a neighbouring tree to try... (said berry might or might not have been nice but still requiring 3 weeks to ripen). ;P
