Nearing the end of the 80th birthday party celebration in Missouri, our grandson, Nathaniel, joined us in the motor home. On the 24th of July, I turned 73 and my family threw a little party for me. Vonda took my camera and insisted it was my turn to stand before the lens. It was a fun evening at David's house.

During September we visited Toronto Canada to see John and Rosemary. Then went on to New York City. After that we went to Lancaster in Pennsylvania. Then on to a family wedding in Charlottesville, Virginia. After Jake and Katies wedding we took a trip to Virginia Beach. After that we headed down to Alabama to vist Sara and Douglass before flying home.

we celebrated Christmas with my dad this year a week early, at John's office. We baked this cake for the festivities.
