This is Tony's birthday cake. It's from the Green and Black's Chocolate Recipes cookbook Rachel and Ben got me for my birthday.
It's three layers of vanilla and dark chocolate cake with apricot jam in between, and a dark chocolate whipped cream ganache sprinkled with more dark chocolate.
Welcome Isabella! This fondant cake is decorated with a big bib, and full of cute little ribbons on the sides. Colourful and pretty like the smile of a baby girl!

oh yes, we now have a Lego cake/jelly mould, but I will not make cherry sponge in it again, unsurpisingly it didn't work that well, one out of six worked correctly!
