what can i say, i like eating cake even if it isn't someone's birthday. i just had cravings for some sweets today...

Because I didn’t have a lot of time lately (almost everyday I went to the mall with my sisters, last week), I was tried. But I couldn’t stop baking and all I want is an easiest recipe which I don’t have to do anything more than mix and pour (yes, this one is the easy and yummy recipe, that I use very little time for mixing, about 5 minutes).

The recipe is from Simple Essentials Fruit (Simple Essentials) by Donna Hay, I always place this book near my bed, haha, I think it’s a beautiful cookbook and the recipe are very simple and easy as the name of the book.

Nectarine is one of my favorite fruits and when turns it in to this cake the flavor of sweet fruit goes very well with the lightly sweet almond base cake.

So, take all the ingredients out of the fridge and you will have a lovely little cake to enjoy in less than 30 minutes.

i made this applesauce spice cake for my mom's birthday. it has a "browned butter frosting" on it. i hope it's yummy!

edit: the frosting was too sweet and the cake didn't seem to have much flavor.

I made this cake yesterday in class (the design was not up to me) For a pastel rainbow cake that looks like Cheer Bear, I think it turned out nicely!

This cake was internet-enabled. Data was analyzed by a computer program to determine whether a given "tag" on Delicious.com was being discussed positively or negatively. Positive sentiment was reflected by the smiley face LED pattern, while neutral and frowny-face patterns were also available.

The fourth pattern simply indicated that something was actually going on.

What a glorious bank holiday weekend for Kiran & Amaan's wedding at The Landmark, London. The completed masterpiece! Topped with berries freshly picked from the trees growing in front of my apartment, cut strawberries and cream cheese frosting. It's now waiting in the fridge for papa to come home.
