Little baby test cakes. I made a regular sized cake and cut small circles out of it to test out the cake, frosting and gel combo. This is my first attempt at any real kind of piping, too. Lopsided, but tasty!

Haven't posted for such a long time, here's a plate of assorted flavours I made, boost cherry fruit cake, chocolate soaked in orange, chocolate baileys, chocolate banana and salted caramel ganache and lastly a lemon drizzle, they lasted less than a day lol.
Layered raspberry almond sponge cake filled with raspberry puree and topped with raspberry jelly. Raspberry fruit garnish on top of whipped cream. Served on white dessert plate. Light effect in rose background.
