50th Anniversary Cake. Two tiers of French Vanilla Cake iced and filled with Vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream. Roses are hand made from gumpaste and individually painted with gold luster dust. Topper is gumpaste as well.
My family made me a wonderful birthday cake. Spice cake with vanilla frosting. YUM!
Daddy was in charge of baking the cake, Marisa was in charge of spreading the frosting and Justin was in charge of the multi-colored sprinkles (notice the clump in the center). The brown stuff is grated chocolate since the sprinkles didn't quite cover the cake. ;-)

This was my Fantasy Garden Cake that was featured in the June 2010 issue of Cake Central Magazine.
They gave me the theme "garden/birdhouse' cakes, so this was the design I came up with.
Fondant vines growing up the sides are individually bordered with purple beads. Fantasy flowers and butterflies accents

Vanilla sponge cake decorated with fondant and edible sheep with Cadbury egg centres. Especially for a lady who looks after the sheep.
Once again another Christmas cake, but this was one I had seen in a book and really wanted to try out.
