I was dreaming of cup cakes during Gus's nap, so when he woke up we drove over and indulged in a cup cake or two. With a toy area in the corner I never really noticed- there will be more dates to come.

Covered with fondant.

Top tier is chocolate cake filled and crumb coated in vanilla butter cream. Bottom tier is vanilla cake filled and crumb coated in raspberry vanilla butter cream

Chocolate layered cake with unsulphured coconut and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate Ganache.
This was a complete hit at a church potluck. Not another vegan in the place and it was gone before every other dessert. They were amazed!
This cake was done for a boy's 1st birthday. The client e-mailed me what she wanted and I was able to replicate it for her. She was very very happy with the end result.

This was a cake I made for the South Asian Wedding Expo in January. I used the embroidery from my own wedding outfit as inspiration. I chose the hexagon shape to give the traditional design a modern twist.
