Pink Blossom Cake
Fresh Strawberry Butter Cake with Lemon White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream.
Covered with fondant.
All decorations are edible!
This cake was done for a boy's 1st birthday. The client e-mailed me what she wanted and I was able to replicate it for her. She was very very happy with the end result.
Bottom and top tier Jenz Spring Dream cake and filling ( alternating layers of strawberry and lemon cream)
middle tier chocolate cake with a decadent milk chocolate filling
Top tier is chocolate cake filled and crumb coated in vanilla butter cream. Bottom tier is vanilla cake filled and crumb coated in raspberry vanilla butter cream
Chocolate layered cake with unsulphured coconut and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate Ganache.
This was a complete hit at a church potluck. Not another vegan in the place and it was gone before every other dessert. They were amazed!
Quilted baptism cake. Oval cakes- 13, 10 & 7 inch, single layers. Silver dragees at quilted points, white and silver satin ribbon for trim and fondant baby booties filled with hershey kisses (blue and silver).
This style has become one of my favorites.....I can't wait to do a girl version- pink and pearls!!!!
Every year my Mum, Dearie, makes this Christmas cake, and it is awesome.
A fruit cake, covered in marzipan then a good dose of royal icing to make the snow scene.
The decorations are old. The paint is peeling off them, but that just makes the whole thing better.
3 tier chocolate mud cake, fondant icing, embroidered hearts on the sides, side ribbon and bows, hand-made icing roses in a posy on top.
8" white cake torted and filled with buttercream frosting and 4" chocolate cake torted and filled with chocolate buttercream covered and decorated with fondant.
Here is a little veggie patch Cake that I made yesterday.
Nothing too fancy, just nice and simple! (just wish I had more time to spend on all the little details)

I had fun doing this cake and trying to be as near as possible of what the lady asked me! she even sent me a picture of her so I can be inspired :)
The room has stickers of layette hanging on the walls she wanted me to recreate the same clothes and the colours of the curtains :)
