Made this out in Malaysia last year on the island of Pangkor Laut. Inspired by all the bowls of beautiful petals and flowers dotted about the place amongst the trees and pathways. Thanks for dropping by. :@)
My creativity ran out of the door a couple of days ago & has'nt been seen sinse ... hoping it will return soon! ... 8 & 1/2 x 11 green cardstock ... drawn in milky way white , Galaxy marker & prisma colored pencils ...

Inspired by a fire cracker I used this pattern on my artful project titled, "For Which it Stands"
I explained my creative process for this one on my blog. Http:\\RainbowElephant.com
Don't know where this came from or why it ended up on my paper? ... Thinking about the grandkids while tangling I guess ... 3 1/2 X 3 1/2 layed on top of a piece of hand marbled paper just to give it some interest ... #2 black pencil ...
These are just a few of the tea cups I recently finished - for another tea cup shaped book for the collaborative project we have going at LineWeaving.com
I started in the middle with no real plan and then just kept filling in around the design. No strings, just doodling with some zentangle mixed in. It was a miserable rainy day, so this is how I spent my afternoon.
My son asked for a bookmark. No shading on this as it will rub off (unless I can get to a laminator).
This is probably the most authentic zentangle i have done for a while. Did a string, and filled it in!
And now for something a little crazy and out of the norm for me ... titled "Dill pickles before bedtime" ... because I ate a couple of them & had all kinds of craziness running around in my dreams, ... so just for fun! 5x5,heavy watercolor paper, black Prisma fineliners & General's Kimberly watercolor pencils used with a colorless blender by Tombow. :)
Micron Pen, Sakura Gelly Roll Pen, White Pastel, Gray Fabrico Pen. I really like shading on Gray Toned Paper.
First in a series of three patterns inspired by photos on www.circlemakers.org of crop circles found in Wiltshire England.
Hi everyone! ... hope you are not getting bored of seeing this image ... it is a completely different background ... & here she has soft pink lips & brown eyes instead of blue ... I personally like the brown better ... I think they look richer but also softer ... I did 3 different backgrounds for this piece, so there is one more, but will give you all a break & wait a while to post the last one ... just trying to figure out which one will be best to go into my coloring packet as an example ... hope your week end is going great! :)
In the midst of moving this week but managed to find some time to relax by creating a new mandala...nice to de-stress and take my mind off things a bit! ;) :)
