Tourists can follow the Convict Trail around parts of Tasmania, places where convicts worked and lived in the 1800s. This is the signpost symbol used for the trail - the arrow meant 'property of the government' and was stamped on clothing, utensils, tools etc.

Troodos Nature Trails. The walking trails of the Troodos area, are of immense beauty and peace. Feel the unpolluted and clean air, the beauty of the forest and be ready for unique experiences, in natural waterfalls and places where, you can become one with nature!

Atalanti national path. The trail goes around Chionistra mountain at an altitude of 1,700¬-1,750 metres, passing through dense areas of black pine trees and Foetid Juniper. One of the largest trees ¬ Foetid Juniper ¬ is found on the trail; it is 800 years old. There are wonderful views of all the areas of the island. The entrance tunnel of the chrome mine ¬ which has been out of service since 1982 is particularly interesting.

Definitely my best star trails at this point, Leasowe Lighthouse under a star lit sky. Unfortunately cloud blew in and a car went past, but I still like it.

The Georgian Trail passes through this park as well as beautiful Boardwalk trail that hugs the harbour, offering fantastic Georgian Bay views.

The end of the paved trail around the 10 mile marker. A wide and busy road has to be crossed at this point. If you survive, you can go on to the next few photos. A planned bridge will span the highway at this part of the trail

On the Noland Trail - I took the boys on two walks today, the first one was 1.85 miles around Huntington Park. The second, this one, was 2.26 miles on the Noland Trail. The are still sleeping since we got home.

This Ocean to Lake Greenway trail marker is just north of the Cypress Creek Natural Area in Florida. According to the Jeaga Wildways map maintained by Palm Beach County (pbcgov.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html), this marker is rotated 90 degrees to the left indicating the trail goes in the opposite direction shown on the map (east). Google Maps shows the trail going both east and west, and both directions look passable from the location of this marker.
