Thanksgiving... a uniquely American holiday tradition that has been passed down through generations in this land.
With much gratitude to all my flickr friends for being such a blessing to me.

The west coast of the UK gets more than its fair share of rain. That’s why the grass and the leaves are so green.
Y’know ……………….. GREEN!!
So if, after rain, a ray of sunlight breaks through, it’s like finding emeralds.
Here was that beautiful day and I had this free day!
Finally got time to meet my friend.
We walked in Tylösand and brought some good chairs to later enjoy our coffe and egg sandwiches and rest!
"Spring is a lovely reminder of how beautiful change can truly be."
There's still a long way to go before we see blossoming trees and spring flowers in our region. The rain hasn't been kind to our area. That's why, at least through my past photos and yours, I can enjoy it. Yes, a little impatient, but full of hope. (Best in Large)
This panorama was merged from 3 single shots taken with the 180 mm lens from the tripod at a cloudy sunset at Zugspitze. The summit of Zugspitze itself was hidden by the clouds at the right side while Riffeltorspitzen and Riffeltorkopf were visible. Before merging the raw files were carefully edited in Lightroom with the same parameters for each one which is working quite easy with copy and paste, the challenge sometimes is rather to find out which parameters are suited best for the whole panorama.
Sorry for not commenting, busy at work until Thursday, end of the month, but I'm still alive and kicking....
